What happens after I’ve had my tests done?
When you have had a test done, whether it is bloods or swabs etc., the results get sent to the clinical staff member that requested them.
They are then commented on and filed to your records.
If they are abnormal, the clinical staff will send the support team a task asking us to get hold of you to tell you the results. Therefore, we would appreciate it if you could make sure that your mobile/contact numbers are up-to-date.
Results can take up to a week, maybe two if it is an uncommon test. You are welcome to call us after 2pm if you want to know your results.
